 Swansea Bay Tourism Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner 

7pm Thursday 20th November 2008. 

at the Brangwyn Hall, Swansea 

Come and join us for 
The Swansea Bay Tourism Awards, 
celebrating Swansea Bays finest Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality Businesses. 

The evening starts at 7pm with a drinks reception - 
accompanied by Russell Lloyd on Classical Guitar, followed by a 3-course dinner with wine, including coffee 

The awards are being hosted by Spencer Feeney, Editor of South Wales Evening Post and Kevin Johns from The Wave and Swansea Sound. 

Following the presentations there will be music in the bar with Ockhams Raiser - a young up and coming Welsh band who are gaining fans across the globe with their unique blend of alternative/acoustic music and funk undertones. They have headlined a number of gigs and made various festival and radio appearances over the last 12 months as well as recording a 6 track EP and full length album.

The bar closes at 11.30pm carriages are at 11.45pm 

Dinner Menu

We start the dinner with one of Wales's Traditional Dishes 

Vegetable Cawl. 

Followed by 

Chicken breast stuffed with Caerphilly Cheese, wrapped in smoked bacon and served in a white wine and leek sauce. 

Or for the vegetarians: 

Florets of Broccoli in a rich Brie Cream Sauce, garnished with Cauliflower and Carrots and topped with a grated Potato Rosti. 

Both are served with New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

Dessert:

For dessert we have Welsh Cake and Honey Cheese Cake. 

To finish we have coffee. 

The dinner includes wine with your meal, additional drinks are available to purchase at the bar.

Dress Code 

The dress code for the evening is 'Smart' (lounge suits and cocktail dresses) black tie not necessary.

Ticket Prices

Tickets cost £40, there is a discount for a table of 10 at £375.
