The Swansea Bay Tourism Awards

The SBTA have been running since 2006 and are open to all tourism businesses throughout the Swansea Bay Area from Carmarthen in the west, to Aberavon in the east. The awards celebrate the achievements of the many world class tourism and leisure businesses in Swansea Bay and entries are open to anyone operating a tourism business within the area.

The closing date for entries is October 3rd 2008. After all of the entries are received, an independent panel of judges will select the overall winner of each category. 

A significant amount of media coverage will be enjoyed this year due to linkages with various media partners, as well as that generated independently by the team at Tourism Swansea Bay. Media coverage will benefit the whole industry: the sponsors, those that have entered and winners. 

The Awards will undoubtedly increase awareness of the importance of the tourism and leisure industry amongst the media, the business community and local residents.
