The day starts at 9.45am with registration, tea & coffee, networking and exhibitors.
Talks start at 10.30am.
‘Ffres’ Talks...
Simon Wright, broadcaster, restaurateur, author and chairman of ‘Ffres’ will be talking to a panel of local ‘food’ businesses & experts in food tourism, finding out what they have done to succeed in these tough times, how they incorporate local / Welsh produce in their menus, how they’ve used 'the destination’ & new ways to market their business & keep their business 'Ffres'.
The ‘Ffres’ Talks panel is – Simon Wright - Gary Davies, Regional Strategy Director from The Regional Tourism Partnership - Chris Keenan, Consultant Chef, Published Author - Edward Morgan, Key Accounts & Local Sourcing Manager at Castell Howell Foods and Kate Jenkins of Gower Cottage Brownies – Owner, entrepreneur and True Taste Award Winner.
